Back in the land of the living?

I have continued to draw.   My collection of sketchbooks continues to grow, not to mention the heap of assorted scraps of paper with everything from doodles to watercolour paintings and experiments on them.

So many drawings, and such an assortment....


I have has several requests now to put some of the drawings into a collection somewhere.... and this will have to be it.


There is also an instagram site (kapundagarden) where photographs of drawings. gardens, occasions dinners and adventures end up....



However,  here I am back at kapundadrawing, and as my life begins to calm down (for reasons completely separate from drawing, gardening or even housekeeping....)  perhaps it is just a phase that I am going through!
The final straw was this drawing of one of my chickens.  Life has been very busy and so life drawing has been out of the question for a while.  Chickens do pose some extra challenges.  They do not sit still when requested,  and so one learns to make very quick sketches.  This is even more interesting  for those of us who have aphantasia.  (As an aside,  I think that aphantasia is what started me drawing in the first place!)
