Trying a new process...
I have several drawings that I like very much, but they were done on cheap paper with ordinary materials and so they won't last. There is something about using materials that one doesn't feel "precious" about to make production of interesting drawings easy. Yesterday, I attempted to "copy the drawing" with paint... cheap paint and a cheap support... just to maintain the thinking...

... it had been done very quickly (5 minutes) with charcoal on newsprint...

... done in a few minutes (not much longer than before)... just to see if I could do it.
